"I only worked there for several months but I was brought into a highly volatile and unstable environment that was not going to last for most employees. On my second day, over 60% of the company was laid off, and over the next several months, wave and wave of the much of remaining workforce either left or was let go, with little to no explanation or warning. The company was losing money very quickly and had no strong plan in keeping things afloat, but also brought me onboard under false pretense, with little to no plan for my position, which constantly changed or became underused. The environment was also very immature and I witnessed several HR violations, making an overall uncomfortable work environment. My work was appreciated and the pay was fair, but in the end, there was no direction or real purpose behind the work, and I was eventually also laid off with several others on my team who had good standing, there simply wasn't enough capital to pay salaries."
