"I've spent the last five years employed at Xylem and have enjoyed every minute of it. The management team is knowledgeable, suppurative, and fair. Through a number of purchases our small company became part of a big company, but yet we continue to maintain that "start-up" feel in the office. I was given the opportunity to evaluate and decided on development tools and processes, along with implementation strategies. Xylem was special because of the culture, it allowed individuals to determine the tools and process that was best suited for their roles."
