"Working with different clients and in different environments. You get a chance to see how different organizations work and the different ways to accomplish tasks. This a really help me grow in my professional development."

"Xtivia is great company to work for if you want a chance to expand your Oracle knowledge. Working with different companies in different environments really gives you a change to expand on your Oracle knowledge."

"Lack of communication and management in the team from the team manager."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage the team. While it is great that you try and take a hands off approach there are still some things that need to be addressed to make sure the team knows what to do in different situations."
