"This job was meant for part-timers and part-timers only. Corporate doesn't care about the long term plan for this theater, they want to get money quick and sell the place to another theater chain. The pay and the benefits are awful, not to mention the stress when dealing with "rushes". After a year working there, corporate only gave me a thirty cent increase in my hourly pay rate. I do enjoy working with my coworkers and my general manager (Supervisor) but there is no future for me there. Looking for bigger and better things as a result."
