"Skip it, even in this economy its not worth it."
What don't you like about working at Xpressdocs?
"Management was horrible. Deadlines were ridiculous and bad ideas were forced on us without peer review or any technical background actually making those decisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire the whole management team and start over. Trust the people you hired to write code enough to listen to what they have to say. Don't promise things you cant deliver. And the owner needs to step away from the development department and let those guys work without his unskilled suggestions and interruptions."
