"Small company, lower salaries, minimum benefits, no 401(k) matching, bare-minimum vacation, company parties are in house, new equipment can be slow to roll out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More vacation/holiday vacation. We always seem to work when everyone else has vacation days off. Make it easier and more acceptable for developers to have work from home days. It is sometimes difficult."
