What do you like about working at Xinnovation?

"We were working with cutting edge technolgies and solutions that were not only in demand, but could only be provided by our company. Also, the CTO and head of engineering took great care in trying to pass along knowledge and know how to me. I was also given a great deal of responsibility when it came to client interaction. My favorite part about this job was the fact that I worked with a very small team of very capable people. It seemed no matter how complicated a problem was to solve, a few hours talking it through in a conference room coupled with everyone programming through the night seemed to fix it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure to be ready to work long and hard, however, if you take care of the company, they will take care of you."

What don't you like about working at Xinnovation?

"Xinnovation was ironicly brought down by their own success. Too many people were hired in my latter months without any plan, and we lost touch with what made us successful. Eventually the company was not able to provide adequate oppurtunities due to a massive overhead."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Success is not something that is acquired and held on to, it is something an organization along with all of its parts must constantly be striving for."
