"Nice building and location but the management and parking are terrible. People here have way too high expectations of their employees when their workload already stresses them out. I have never had a moment of no stress. They put pressure on you to get things done so quickly and give you no help to get the job done. The stress has caused me to get little to no sleep at night. The reason everyone's workload is so high is because we can't get enough interviews or resumes to us to hire new people because everyone hates it here already and the ratings suck. It is just a stressful environment. I would avoid unless you are really desperate for a job."

"Compared to similar sized companies in the same industry, Xifin pays well below the industry averages, offers no substantive perks or incentives to work there and as long as you stop rushing your rush jobs so you can start rushing to complete someone else's rush job, your're a team player. If not, look out for the hatchet man. Oh, and whatever you do, DO NOT get a critical illness that has the potential for long term disability, they will slice you!"
