"Don’t do it or go through training while looking for a new position. Horrible training, cutthroat environment, female in training department angry little woman. Once you hit the phone, there is a chat if you are having problems and that chat is useless. On an island on your own. Even billing agents have a sales quota of 11 percent. Angry customers because the internet is a joke. All those great benefits or dangling carrots they hang in front of you, not benefiting to you. Upload and download speed not even close to each other, which leaves customers with even gig, with useless product and disappointment, just like employees."
