"Be yourself, this company is very accepting of who you are and what you can bring to the table. A ton of this jobs requirements are learned on-site and only really expect you to be able to learn efficiently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"While it saves the hassle to combine your engineers and operators into the same role it doesn't fully allow the engineers to focus on development when the necessity to run constant projects exists. If these were two different roles a lot more engineering would be accomplished."
