"I came in from a big company so I was a bit anxious working for a small company. I must say however that transitioning to Xcira was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life! My current team uses Agile method for development and it's working really well for us so far. I love the team's structure: cross training is highly encouraged and senior developer is very helpful. This enables a very rapid learning curve and adaptation. The people are friendly in the office. And oh, did I mention that the pay is great! For the most part, the schedule is what you'd expect from most other companies: 9am to 5pm."
