"Just want to warn any out of state people who might accept and make the move to Wyoming government. Don't do the mistake I did. First if you are applying for a skilled position and you have a worldly knowledge think twice. They believe in the "peter" principal. If you have experience you know more then all of the people above you. Your choices are to get a lobotomy or spend your career being totally frustrated. You will not move up with your experience because it is a promote by cronyism. Because you and your family tree are not from Wyoming you will forever be a outsider."
