"The uphill constant battle. This firm has been around for 200 years and to change things or improve mind set is a 200 year battle. Very stuck in the way things are done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To listen and give credance to their employees. You are not shown respect in the value of your commitment. They will make changes and not involve those whom the changes will affect in the idea gathering stage."
