"My time at WuXi has been short thus far, but as it approaches a year I feel I have seen much of the company's soul. The associates and technicians all have been a pleasure to work with, but I have seen countless supervisors as well as mismanagement at every level, leading to overly stressful days and confusion every step of the way. While the company is not for me, the people that I've worked side by side with have been an honor to work with and no matter the stress on me here, I'm glad to have had the opportunity to work with these people and build the experience that I have."

"Horrible place to work!! WuXi does not provide the proper training that causes an adversarial relationship between department and co-workers. People do not do their job but the department management does not have proper training either, so a few people end up doing all of the work while some workers play on their phones."
