"I have worked for WSBT-TV since 2007, and have transitioned from news production to digital ad sales. While this is a great company to work for, there are plenty of backwards thinkers within that hinder it from truly being great. The sales department still hearkens back to the good ole days on the mid 80's. Where schmoozing was big, and it was more of who you know, rather than what benefit do you provide the client."
