"This is a great company with great people, but they just downsized and so ask a lot of questions to protect yourself."

"The promotion availability is very slim unless you live in Chicago."

"Be picker on the products that are being released. It seems as though we relaunced too many items that didn't work the first time."

"The new format of self assessment and review for annual merit raises. It takes too much time (2 and 3 days for each of 5 phases) and concentration away from projects with focused deadlines."
