2.4 I worked for WPX Energy for just over two years. I find the IT management there to lack integrity, morals, and ethics. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no management structure other than the directors at the top. Everyone else just works for everyone else, with no hierarchy. It is a mess. They think of it as unique, but it is just a cluster.

2.3 The IT management at WPX Energy has a lack of understanding of IT. They are a bunch of old men who have been in their positions for so long that they stopped learning anything 20 years ago. They collect a lot of money for their jobs, and they are all totally incompetent. They should all be fired so that WPX Energy can move on and make some progress. The company is going to go down because of these idiots.
