"WWP sells itself as a caring organization that helps wounded veterans recover from physical and mental wounds caused by wartime military service. While this is a noble goal and I’m sure many service members are helped by their programs, the organization itself is very uncaring and toxic in the way many employees are treated. Basically WWP allows favored employees to bully and treat coworkers who just want to do their jobs with extreme disrespect. Office politics are rampant and managers do very little to support their employees who choose to call out bad actors for their deplorable behavior. Rules are not enforced equally across WWP. For example, the hybrid work schedule is rigidly enforced on some while others are allowed to come and go as they please. Performance reviews are extremely subjective and slanted and provide very little opportunity for a 360 degree type of review. The only good things about WWP are the pay & benefits and focus on diversity and inclusion. The logo depicting the soldier carrying another off the battlefield most definitely does not depict the internal culture in the way many employees are treated."
