"Do not accept any offers until management changes. Very hostile environment!!"

"Overly political. Junior Structural Engineer has driven out all the Senior Electrical and Structural Engineers. New Engineering Manager won't do own due diligence, relies on (faulty) advice, innuendo."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire Scerbo, Gantner. Provide incentives based on merit, instead of politics."

"WorleyParsons office was filled with politics. All the senior engineers left (Electrical and Civil/Structural), due to politics of a junior Structural Engineer.Office is filled with politics, driven by a junior Structural Engineer. New Engineering Manager doesn't do own due diligence, relies on (frequently faulty) advice from others."

"Get rid of the troublemakers; make life easier for the workers."
