What don't you like about working at WorleyParsons?
"What didn't I like I didn't get to interact with my supervisors very often. Only at job review time or if I was the one to initiate contact. You would think a supervisor would want to meet with their subordinates to find out what is going on, how things are being handled, etc. But my supervisors did not contact me regarding these things. In fact, the main Project Directors usually never talked to the secretaries, at least they never talked to me. Kind of like you're invisible. If you are an admin., don't work here!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Yes, have individually monthly (or weekly if needed) meetings with your employees. See how they are, what they're doing, do they need help in any way. The supervisors need to schedule these meetings since they are the ones that are in charge! It's not the individual's job to remind their supervisor to have a meeting."
