2.7 WorldPay was a great fit for me at that time in my career allowing me to work from home while building my business. The company runs very fast and expects a lot right away, so support was minimal and training was done on my own terms and time. That only lead me to loose footing on certain changes with some products and pricing that ultimately had me frustrated and clients unsure.

4.6 I worked for Worldpay from 12/2006-5/2020. While working for Worldpay I learned the importance of building interdepartmental relationships as we all worked for the same company and how our roles individually worked together to provide a great customer experience overall. Management spent a great amount of effort maintaining workflow bridges while introducing new changes as they came along. Learning how to lead in every role taught me accountability and the willingness to grow. Worldpay was a good company to learn from and work for.

2.9 I find that this company promised many things but did not deliver. The job was decent, but the way they critiqued your work was not. Their main driving tool was NPS, which is an opinion of a client. I know this is a valued asset to companies, but in this company was the main driver for bonuses, which I felt was unfair. I maintained over 97% adherence and 100% QA score, but was still denied bonuses due to upset customers giving poor scores even though you followed company policy.
