"Although there is a good vision execution is poor at this point."

"There needs to be focus on the goals and road map that has been set forth. They need to avoid major changes in the middle of sprints."

"WorldDoc care about their employees and everyone over there to me, like family member. It's a startup company and growing everyday. Lot of chances to learn new stuff, if you are interested in learning."

"WorldDoc is now using OutSystems and if you know OutSystem, they may hire you immediately."

What don't you like about working at WorldDoc?

"Management decided to outsource work by promising us not to worry about our positions. But few months later they've eliminated many of us without giving us any advance notice. It is sad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be open to the employees like WorldDoc used to."
