What don't you like about working at World 50?

"Having a degree was ranked higher than having work experience. This limited a lot of people's potential. The manager always reminded us that this is a poor economy and that the company is a work at will place. This didn't help the company moral."

"To acknowledge people that are doing well even if they are the janitor."
