What do you like about working at World Savings?

"I loved it there. Management realized my potential and promoted me after 9 months to Underwriting Team Lead and then I was one of 25 out of 13000 people chosen to learn Wachovia products when Wachovia bought World Savings in 2006."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No World Savings doesn't exist anymore it is now Wachovia who was bought by Wells Fargo."

What don't you like about working at World Savings?

"I actually miss working for World Savings/Wachovia and wish my job had never been eliminated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None as there isn't any management left most of all the World Savings employees were laid off as of October 2008"

"It was a great opportunity to be financially rewarded for hard work. I worked hard and won many awards for contests and personal production. Great company/bank. It was both challenging and fun."

What don't you like about working at World Savings?

"Very cramped quarters with small cubes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give the loan representative a little more flexibility with arranging their own schedules. Self-starters will always rally and do the right thing about when they take a lunch etc. Anyone on commission is interested in working harder to make things happen when they are given the ability to set their own schedule."
