"Easy business model, clear goals, lots of women in senior management. Good technical (non management) career track, great training and mentoring opportunities."

"Wachovia was not ideal. I never knew what their objective was, and they over extended and went out of business."

"N/A. Now all Wells Fargo, who seem to be doing well."

"I am former World employee, so World was great place to work until Wachovia took over."

"Wachovia had aggressive management. In the beginning of the merge they were lying to us telling what it will be no lay offs for World employees. Management treated us like we are nobody. All great severance package we've got is only thanks to Sandlers."

"To treat everybody equal."
"The owners at the time were imbalanced and unethical. Management was running scared."

"Restoring some normalcy to the department that I managed. They were brutalized by senior management."

"It has probably improved since the Sandler's sold to WaMu/Wells Fargo. But the damage has been done to those poor people that worked there."

"That the leadership allowed such dysfunction to occur - a hostile environment."

"It was family oriented. You could be on the elevator with the janitor and the CEO and everyone knew one another."

"Advancement was very rare. Although, the same position in various departments were common."

"To continue to bring each department together at some point during the year. It keeps the moral up!"
