"they do not appricate any work or money you bring them in , just always expect more from you and less pay. They always expect something from you and never return any. Management lacks in responsibility. When you ask for raises they laugh at you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would take more responsibly in my company and give employees more credit then they deserve . Pay them what they should be getting paid and not just try to take every penny from them ."
