"I’ve worked for world Class Distribution for the last 5 years I’ve watched the whole entire warehouse get built by the department from the ground up and I can say I enjoy what I do and I’m proud to say that I’ve been the 2nd supervisor still to this day to run my department. This is a great company to work for and advance just come with a go-getter attitude and be a great leader while respecting others."
"I've worked with World Class Distribution for 5 years. The company has been interesting to work in. From an IT perspective, the company is infantile. There is little cohesion between facilities which leads to a great deal of finger pointing. An imbalance of work-life separation is ingrained as corporate culture. The best thing about working in WCD is the opportunity to have hands on experience with so many technologies and systems and the go-live process of two facilities."
