"I worked for Workiva for a little over three years. In regards to the overall company, I enjoyed our product, culture and work-life balance. In terms of my engineering team, I appreciated the flexibility in approach to problems, working in an agile format, and the collaboration amongst other teams. However, I feel like there was not a focus on employee growth."
