"Orcas assistant program is a great start out job if you ask me. It is a nonprofit so the pay isn’t where it should be for those who have the skills needed. I believe that there isn’t much growth for improvement or promotion just because how small-knit the company is so I would say learn what you can from the company and move on with your career."
