"A lot of employees at Woodward have been working their for over 20 years. That should tell you that the company is reputable and good to it's employees. There is no micromanagement, at least in my department and they allow you to complete your work as a professional. Great company to work for."

"Very poor company to work for. The management is incompetent. They only look out for themselves and are unreasonable. The company provided medic is an idiot and after my experiences I am sure their safety record is much worse than they claim. I wouldn't recommend working here for any reason. The pay is awful when looking at comparable jobs."

The company produces aerospace hardware for many commercial companies as well as military. It is growing rapidly, there is always something to do and time goes by very fast, which I like very much because I look forward to go to work every day. It is just I would love to stop commuting every day and work close home."
