"Leadership and team support are lacking. You have to pay out of pocket for supplies and setting up site and wait for reimbursements which can take weeks. Poor pre-planning which leads to the major architectural issue before jobs start. No time for superintendent planning before the job starts. Did not receiver plans until 2 months after site work started and plans lacked updated revisions."
