"I worked with some of the most positive and qualified personnel to date: Upper management seems to care but has a hard time connecting with Operations. Superintendents and MEP personnel are top-notch. As a whole, I would give them 4 stars with the negative being the disconnect with field personnel. It's been said, " they visit but do they really listen?". The supervisor was almost non-existent. Showed up maybe every other week."
