"Woda Cooper is a great company, but management doesn't communicate with the workers often, which causes a divide between the Ohio corporate office, and the out-state offices. Also, management does not fairly distribute the workloads between the project coordinators which causes workers to feel the manager has favorites. The manager also is a micromanager, and I feel that if someone is hired to do a job, the manager should have confidence that the co-workers is willing and able to get the job done."
