The site in Morton Grove, is the only site in the United States. There are about 300 employees on this site, I am responsible for 90%of the employees. The company is employee friendly, and has a very tenured employees. I am responsible for 90% of Morton Grove Site and a P&L of $206m. Accountable for the day to day operations of a team of 8 exempts: Associate Directors, Sr. Managers, 8 Supervisors, and 200plus permanent non-exempts and 40 Temps. These include the Maintenance/Engineering, Safety, DEA, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations."
