"I have worked at WotC since 2010, and the company doesn't like to compensate its FTEs with the current market rates. Most people are now leaving FTE positions only to return as vendors. Moving up within the company is difficult if you are not 'friendly' with some folks."

Before 2006 this was the place to be but since then it has been nothing but a downward spiral. I am thankful every day that I chose to leave and pursue a career elsewhere."
