"High stress environment with few tools provided. Micromanagement. High employee turnover. Upper management is a clique - they know each other from a previous employer. Unclear direction. Non-tech savvy development manager. Only positive is 100% remote, but they are changing that as well. Good luck to you if you work there. There are few bright spots, but none in a position that it will matter for you in the long term."
