"If you would be interviewed there is not need to ask how much you are going to make because you will be underpayed a lot compare to other companies."

"They don't appreciate your hard work and they under pay with an excuse saying we are a non-profit company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is no such a structured management at Wisconsin Comm. Services. You could end up having a manager to manage you but it will not have any clue about your expertise."
