"unsureness of job steadiness. Most work was contractual and sometimes work was slow that caused layoffs and employees to jump from company to company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In the contractual sort of business piont of view, always have work in the future for your employees which in turn builds loyalty and quality workers. Of course this is easily said, every company wants business."
