"If you are looking for position where you allowed to work overtime on a continuous basis then WIRB is the place for you. Out of the 6 1/2 years I was there I worked mandatory overtime for 6 of those years. Their benefits are good but there isn’t a lot of room for advancement unless you are willing to work 50-60 hours a week. They have extremely high expectations of all of their employees."
