"This opportunity to move over to a Windows server build team while still staying with my current employer was a first in the 15+ years of working in IT. I was hired to the Wintel team with a team mentor. There was a reorganization 6 weeks after I got hired and the team was broken up and I was still able to continue to learn skills on my own and also with the assistance of the new team members. I did not know how much of project management and change management was involved with building servers."
