"I worked for Wintec Arrowmaker as a Federal Contractor at the client site on a military installation in San Antonio, TX. My team lead was an awesome guy who believed in mission first, family always. My supervisor always made himself available to me if I needed him and my relationship with both of them was well above par. The pay was on par with the local economy and the benefits were amazing with an immediately vested 401K upon participation. The only downfall, and I mean the only one, is that while they have a bereavement policy allowing you to take as much leave as needed, they do not offer bereavement leave. I would work here again."
