"The Dash is a great place to work but has some difficulties that are understandable but also unacceptable for our day and age. The technology and software systems are just out of date and cause work to be delayed and slow. There also is a lot of overlap in workload which is typical of a minor league team but not practical for the staff numbers at the Dash."
