What do you like about working at WinnResidential?

"The job itself was great. Working with the contractors and the community center staff was not so bad. The scope of work was not that bad but it could get overwhelming at times. What made it stressful was my boss she was very demanding and loved to micromanage she was intense and overbearing."

"The job is great if you can over look management. Good luck!"

"My boss was way too overbearing, annoying, and clueless. Could not stand her so I quit because of her."

"I would make sure to listen and pay attention and appreciate the hats work my employees do."
