WINFertility Employee

"This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for! The CEO is egotistical and arrogant. He often logs onto meetings and mutes staff so he can be the only one to speak and addresses staff as if he were the king of England addressing the nation. He is completely out of touch with reality and is only interested in growing his bank account. The VP is equally as awful. She is non existent 99% of the time. The other 1% she’s blowing smoke and pretending to care. She listens only to respond not to understand and hear what you are saying. Micromanaging to the extreme! She also loads so much work on her management that they are also unavailable. Managers have meetings scheduled from the moment they log in until the moment they log off. Leaving absolutely no time for them to actually manage. They love an employee who works hard and gives them zero push back. They will add those people to every team imaginable because they don’t want anyone who actually has a voice who will offer great ideas to improve the company. Their priorities are completely backwards. Anytime you offer help or solutions they give empty promises. They don’t pick one problem to tackle and fix before moving onto the next. Instead they start dozens and dozens of projects and never complete anything. The computer systems are antiquated and designed for when they only had a handful of employees and contracts but they are too cheap to fix it. The workload is enormous and they refuse to hire more staff. Instead they just add more and more contracts. Turnover is extremely high and they never replace anyone who quits. The work environment is extremely toxic and hostile. It is very much an environment of mean girls and intimidation. If you aren’t assertive they’ll use you as a doormat. HR is as equally as bad. the HR manager refuses to respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Benefits are a mess! They increased benefit costs 33% and passed 22% of that onto the employee."
