Customer Service Specialist

"Wine.com has some areas for improvement, but don't we all.. The current system in place for placing orders and viewing customer accounts, as well as damaged items and returns, is completely unorganized and could use some help to become more user friendly and more easily accessible. The delivery system is also a huge setback and considering the company makes so much money, I don't understand why they don't ship their own items, instead of depending on a carrier. This could be more profitable for the company as well."
