What do you like about working at WindowRama?

"In all honesty, absolutely nothing, so I would have to say when I quit was when I enjoyed it the most."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company prays on the unemployed and will promise you make a lot more then you actually will make. There are no opportunities, no raises, no bonuses, and you will lose all senses of self respect. If you are totally desperate, negotiate the highest salary you possibly can, because that is the last of your salary, it will never go up."

What don't you like about working at WindowRama?

"Too much to list. I worked there over 2 years, no raises, no bonuses, I was forced to work with thieves that all employees and management were well aware of, and I could not be moved. Hours and customers were horrible. (retail). The industry is going stale so 90% of the time is down time. The owner would come in every once in a while have the most unintelligent things to say, including make phone calls or you will be fired. It is honestly a demoralizing, degrading, and absolutely a total waste of time and energy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I can only tell them to get a life in so many words."
