"This is a small family owned business. The management is friendly and warm. The "family" environment is felt by most of the employees. The level of sophistication is not quite up to par having the majority of experience gained by trial and error. They were very accommodating to my needs. As an employee, you feel a sense of commitment to the success of the company and perform accordingly. You also need to "roll with the punches"."
