What do you like about working at Windmoor Healthcare of Clearwater?

"I liked the job I was doing or I wouldn't have stayed. Worked under horrible co-worker and this was intolerable- worker slept, did not know the patients on the ward and office knew this and did nothing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I don't recommend working there unless LAST resort and don't believe what they tell you just go with the flow and don't rock the boat."

What don't you like about working at Windmoor Healthcare of Clearwater?

"Supervisory lies telling you they don't want you to leave and say your doing a good job then out of the blue week later tell you your fired and give you no reason."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Tell your workers the truth and don't cover up other employees gross misconduct"
