"I worked for Wilton Construction for about a year and enjoyed my time there. The office staff concentrated on keeping the customers happy as well as their fellow employees which created a very comfortable workspace. Overall they run a good business except for the lack of management and supervision over the guys in the field which made it very difficult to keep a job on schedule and the budget on track."
