"The employee discount is 30% and health benefits are adequate."

"Ask questions as to why this position is open If you are seeking advancement you will not find it within this company. You will also not receive necessary breaks or time off."

What don't you like about working at Wilsons Leather?

"Lack of communication by DSM and upper management. Everyone has a personal sales goal to make which is difficult if you have no customers during your scheduled shift. If uou do not reach your personal sales goal you are given a write up. After 3 write up's you are terminated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to obtain more payroll hours so the store manager is not working 60 hours a week and exhausted and job burn out!"

"If you are seeking a career, go some place else. Check the status of this company their sales and profits are not performing and will probably be closing some more of its stores soon."

What don't you like about working at Wilsons Leather?

"No advancement and not even succession planning by the DSM. DSM would not return yur phone calls and you are always on the computer reading their riduculous emails of how good another store is at making their sales that day compared to you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"DSM and upper management needs to stop thinking they are better than us/in the stores because we are the ones selling the products and pushing it out the door as requested."
